Effective 1 September 2026.
Dead Channel does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and the game makes no network requests of any kind.
Two things, both written only to private storage on your own device:
That data never leaves the device. It is not uploaded, backed up to any server we operate, or readable by us. We have no server.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, iOS may include the app’s storage in your own encrypted device backup. That is Apple’s backup of your device, under your control, and we have no access to it.
You can erase your save from inside the game: settings, then “Start the whole thing again.” Deleting Dead Channel from your device removes its storage altogether, save included. Either way this is immediate and permanent — there is no cloud copy to restore from, and we cannot recover a deleted save.
The game collects no data from anyone, including children, so there is nothing collected from a child to disclose, correct, or delete. Note that Dead Channel is written for adults; see the age rating on its App Store page.
Apple collects its own data when you download or update an app — purchase records, and aggregate statistics it shows developers, such as download and crash counts. That collection is Apple’s, governed by Apple’s privacy policy, and happens whether or not you open the game. We receive only anonymous aggregate figures and never anything that identifies you.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Because the game collects nothing, a change would mean the game itself had changed — and that would ship as an app update with the policy updated alongside it.
